  Julian is a genuine gentleman not out to rip people off. He did the job well and cheaper than the original price he quoted on phone because work was less extensive. He was honest. Spent time checking our loft tank and took photos and saved us money rather than pushing for more. Didn't feel I was paying by the hour. Friendly and helpful, will be keeping his details for future work for sure.

  I arrived home to find a leak in my kitchen. I found JH Heating and Plumbing on the check a trade website, I chose this company as I have seen the van around Crawley. Julian answered straight away and clarified the process/call out costs upfront to make sure I was in need of the emergency call out or if I wanted to wait until the next day. He arrived within 1/2 hour and investigated the leak thoroughly but with no time wasting. He put my mind at rest with the situation and suggested a solution to fix the problem. I will 100% be using Julian again for any future plumbing needs.
