0Verified ReviewBooked job for £620, paid £300 deposit to secure services. Wrong size window was brought to replace broken window after delays from James. James said he would order a new correct size window and informed me that he would contact me the next day, once this has been ordered. Two weeks later with several messages and voice mails to James for an update, all read with no reply. Left our current broken window taped and no mechanism or handle in other window. Looking like we have been conned out of £300, from James.
