  This firm was outstanding from start to finish. Being part of Oscar Onsite as a Trade Membership organisation that offered to check the work independently and certificate it was really important. The company explained everything and we really understood the whole issue and why it needed to be taken out, and the team that attended were excellent as were the office staff. 10/10 on everything, thank you all so much.

  Really impressed with the service received. Very friendly guys, turned up on time and tidied up afterwards. Took the time to explain the job and answered any queries. Very impressed with Joe too who provided the initial quote. Friendly and knowledgeable. Strongly recommend this company.

  Booked a loft insulation quote, advised somebody would come between 9-12 on the day. I rang around 9:20 to see if they could give me a more specific time, was told surveyor had phoned in sick and they were contacting everyone to re-arrange, said they would call back soon. Over 2 hours later, I got a call back saying they'd be with me in 30 mins, explained I had to go out now and was waiting for a call, they apologised and asked could I do the day after (I couldn't with work) so they said they'd call me back later in the day to book for next week, that was 30/03, it's now 11/04 - no contact
