Absolutely fantastic bunch of guys.  They were polite, helpful and got on with the job.  I would recommend Richard and the lads at any available opportunity.

Absolutely brilliant work done fast efficient and looks really good.  The guys left no mess and worked non stop to get the job done.  Really fair cost would recommend for anyone needing a roofer to speak to these guys

I am leaving this feedback, as this is not the first time I have been let down by a trades person.  The company sent me a text to say, they would come and have a look at the leak we had and give us a quote.  He said he would come between 9am and 11am on a Saturday.  I understand roofers are busy at the moment with the bad weather, however he failed to turn up or notify me he could not come.  I texted him to ask if he was still coming and then again after the time slot he had booked with me to say, I was not happy he did not turn up.  I got no reply to either text messages.  Bad customer service.
