  I would highly recommend Vision Build. Ryan and the team completed a garage conversion and new kitchen fitting for us recently (finished in April this year) and we're very happy with the outcome. All the people who worked on the project from the bricklayers, builders, electricians, plumbers and decorators were all very friendly and helpful. Everything was completed within the timescales that Ryan had estimated. If you're looking to get building work done, then I'd recommend Ryan and the team at Vision Build.

• New bathroom

  Vision Build completely replaced and updated our bathroom including new floor, ceiling, plastering, tiling, fitting of bathroom suite, new lights and creation of a built in cupboard under stairs that was previously wasted space. They have completely transformed what was a very dated bathroom into a great room which actually feels bigger than what we started with. The quality of finish is excellent.

  Ryan was really professional and easy to get on with from start to finish. Takes time to understand what you want and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. We threw him a few curve balls and he always delivered! Vision Build successfully completed refurbishment of our entire downstairs house including structural work, a new bathroom / utility room, plumbing, plastering and painting. He also liaised with building control and other external trades. He was always really good at problem solving to keep things moving. Fairly priced. Would highly recommend him and his company.

  Working with Ryan at Vision build has been a pleasure. His team are professional and friendly which is a must when they working on your house. Ryan also has a wide network of trade resources that he can call on to solve unexpected issues in a quick and efficient manner to keep the project a track. Additional tasks that we added were discussed and agreed without making them complicated and completed at a fair price. He engaged with building control as required throughout the process to ensure the final inspection completed without issue. Very happy with the work completed.

• Chimney removal

  Ryan and his team removed the chimney from our house along with all of the associated building works including joist repair, floorboard repair, plastering, skirting repair. Result is fantastic, and Ryan’s team went above and beyond (without additional cost) to get the finish right such as re plastering two full ceilings. Ryan really worked to a tight timeline, as we had very little time out of the house when the work could be undertaken. As a result the team ended up working all weekends. Impressive stuff.

• Bathroom refit and general building works

  Ryan and the team did a fantastic job on our bathroom. They removed a non load bearing wall, blocked up a door, replaced a window, replaced the ceiling, replaced floorboards, replaced and moved the radiator, as well as completely refitting the bathroom - and the result is beautiful. Definitely the best room in the house. Quote was reasonable too. Ryan’s team are all very polite and professional, and work to a tight schedule. They were usually working most Saturdays to get the job done while we were out of the house.
