• Full Main Bathroom & En-suite refurb. New Monarch water softener and soil pipe replacement

  We are incredibly pleased with the high standard of work carried out by Jack Richards and his colleagues. This included completly refurbishing our main bathroom and en-suite bathroom. Jack also installed a new Monarch water softener, and upgraded the mains pipe to the unvented cylinder for optimal water pressure. In addition to this, Jack replaced our old soil stack. Jack also went above and beyond by decorating and making good our kitchen ceiling, which was damaged from a previous leak. I am writing this review nearly 1 year after the work was completed, and everything is working perfectly

  From quoting to delivering the job, nothing was left undone or to chance. We asked for a tricky kitchen fit, keeping our original tiling in place. So they had to work slightly harder to keep everything correct. When things had to be re-looked at or changed, nothing was a problem, or too much trouble. The price quoted was the price paid even though they had to come back to finish certain parts. We were so pleased with the final finish and levels of service provided by JR pluming services. We’ve booked them again to got a new downstairs toilet suite. Thoroughly recommend.

  Jack was amazing from start to finish. Our house is very outdated and has many issues, however jack was accommodating and patient with us throughout. He replaced all radiators around the house, he provided the best options and solutions considering we have an old boiler and pipe work isn’t the best. Same applies to bathroom, he worked tirelessly to give us the best outcome. We are obsessed with our new bathroom, he gave us the best advice of do’s and donts for your bathroom which we didn’t think of, he was just amazing! Highly recommend!

  JR Plumbing installed a new electric boiler and immersion heater, the work involved moving the boiler and installing new piping to service the boiler and water heater. Over the three days they were here the plumbers were on time always helpful and carried out a very a neat and efficient installation. Thtoughout he whole process from quote to installation the everyone I was in touch with were really helpful and kept me informed throughout.

He had given me notification of what needed to be done and when plus confirmed work completion afterwards with a rundown of what has happened.
