  The preparation was meticulous, with scaffolding, skips and deliveries arriving on time. The team removed all tiles, felt, battens, valley trays and mortar before cleaning up rafters and removing old, exposed nails. New felt, battens, trays and tiles were then laid around solar panels. The team also replaced all the guttering. Their work was very neat, and care was taken to get the job done right. The lead flashing was replaced and now looks like a work of art! Would highly recommend J skene Roofing to anyone looking to repair or replace a roof and even install solar panels.

• Roof works to ridge replacement

  Jamie kept in contact from the quote view day the the work start date and arrived on the given day and time, all ridge tiles removed wire brush cleaned the underside area and re installed with a new type of easy fit dry vent system so mortar free , joined up to adjoining properties ridge tiles in a very good manner, also moss on entire roof was dry brushed off, and removed, no jet wash no scrapers , all in all a excellent job done at a keen price,.. ...... will recommend j skene roofing for a great job done. by a local roof company , with photos and emailed invoice followed

  Excellent job fitted in around the atrocious weather. Jamie and his crew ensured the job was done to the highest standard and on time. He went the extra mile and had four roofers including himself on the job to make certain it was finished on time and before the rain set in. Very highly recommended
