    Firstly Jake came round and quoted up, he broke down the quote in terms of cost for each job and what was to be completed/included. Communication throughout the build was brilliant photos via what’s app and phones calls if anything needed a discussion. Brilliant knowledge and brilliant communication. Work completed: Knocking down extention wall opening up the space by fitting a RSJ, moving bathroom Pipe works to upstairs and boarding and fitting plasterboard to areas of house. Plus’ all new electrics and board. This was all up to a first fix.

    It took some time to get quotes from other people through checkatrade, with the exception of Jake @ JV Homes construction limited, he replied straight away. I was awaiting the funds from the Delivery firm that caused the damage and he was patient and kept in contact throughout. Quick to respond and when they paid out, came out quickly and did a great job, was polite, professional and made a few suggestions as to how he could do the repairs better. Excellent all around and can’t fault the work and more importantly his exceptionally helpful and responsive attitude. Highly recommended.
