  I bought a 97-year-old house, trusting the "excellent flooring" claim in the report. Turned out to be a nightmare: bouncy broken tiles in bathroom hiding dust-like threadlike floorboards and even a missing support joist. Major companies offered delays and high fees to fix this. Enter Billy and his team. Despite bank holiday billy assessed same day, guided repairs, and priced it clearly. They fixed flooring expertly, helped with doors, and even helped me with unrelated mess. Affordable, Stress-free and flawless. Can't recommend enough! Thanks, Billy and team, for really going above and beyond!

  Billy attended our property within 24 hrs to carry out a damp survey and explained what work would be required to resolve the issue. We instructed the work which was carried out a matter days later. Photos were sent to show the work progress and updates provided when unexpected things arose. Billy and his team are amazing, professional and considerate of the property. I would highly recommend these guys.

  Outstanding team. Work to a very high standard. Went above and beyond. Sorted out a very damp conservatory and then laid a patio outside . Turned up punctually. Quiet and very hard working. Billy gave excellent advice. I cannot rate this company highly enough . I am getting them back for more work. Never seen such excellent work. Left the place immaculate as well.. Highly recommended.

• Recasting of the chimney

  Excellent work and perfectly kind. Due to bad weather previously they were very fluid to get us in asap which ended up being the closest dry day we had which was within a week. While up on the roof they had found a couple tiles that were cracked and replaced them with little worry or issue.
