    James brought forward the repair as we were experiencing damaging leaks through to our kitchen. A He and his assistant were prompt, courteous and extremely efficient in the work undertaken, despite the original fabric being particularly hard to remove. The work looks great and he further advised on a problem with our porous brickwork which had contributed to the problem. This is the second time that we have used JWC and we would happily recommend the company to others

    Wow didn't think I would be writing this had a new flat roof done by James had trouble with leaking come back a couple of time still leaking in two places now and being ignored paid a lot of money for nothing it's disgusting the way we have been treated .James you never send the invoice kept making excuses should of known something was not right this has been nearly 2yrs

    I needed the roof of our large summer house refelting. I sought three quotes from Checkatrade referred operators. The job was around 50ms and required torch on membrane with a minimum of a 10 year guarantee. One of the quotes was ridiculous at £3,200 and only given verbally. The company would only give me a verbal quote. The other two quotes were written and defined the specification. The jwc roofing came in at the best price for meeting the specification. The job was carried out in the agreed timescale, to specification and the site cleared on completion.

JWC Roofing is a specialist roofing contractor with over 15 years experience in all aspects of roofing work. Based in Thorpe Le Soken we are local to the areas of Frinton, Walton and Clacton and also regularly undertake work in nearby Colchester.


We offer free written quotations and an unbeatable price and quality. All our work is fully insured and customers receive a written guarantee with their invoice. We pride ourselves on our friendly service and our low costs.


We are able to undertake any roofing work you require from complete overhauls to small repair work for both pitched and flat roofs. Our pitched re roof service includes felt and batton, tiling/slating and all lead work. We also undertake replacement of slipped, missing or broken tiles/slates. Repointing of ridge/hips and chimneys and renewal of lead work to chimneys and valleys.


We offer two types of flat roofing systems; a 3 layer high performance felt roof or single ply Alkor Plan PVC membrane by Renolit which has a life expectancy of 35 years certified by the BBA (British board of agreement).


We can replace old timber fascias and soffits with new maintenance free PVC and replace or repair guttering systems with PVC guttering and down pipes.
