  Whenever you’re using a tradesman for the first time it’s always a worry, especially if you don’t have a recommendation from someone. Roof work is obviously weather dependant and we’ve had some atrocious rain days lately which have clearly had an impact. John kept in touch via text and phone calls but refused to start work and risk a sub standard finish until we were both happy with the forecast! Once the lads got going though they worked solidly and completed the job to a high standard and as per the planned timescales. I would have no hesitation in using JW Roofing again.

  The guys inspected the roof due to some damp inside. They found felt tucked into the chimney so the water was coming inside, they repaired this on the spot and even sealed one of our windows for free on return. Thank you

  Rang JW Roofing to replace broken chimney pot and to see why water coming into loft, said they could do the job within next couple of days. True to their word, had pot replaced and also cracked tiles that were causing leak. Have had work done by this company in the past and would certainly recommend them. Always quick and reliable.
