Excellent job of packing and moving our household across the country
10Verified ReviewJ A Coles did an exemplary job of moving us from London to the West Country: from visiting our flat to evaluate the removals job, to carefully packing our things, and unloading all of our belongings at the other end. They were a great team of guys -- friendly and respectful -- and didn't break a single thing en route. The communication and coordination was quick and easy. We were moving from a 2 bed to a 3 bed house so we had a ton of stuff and opted for a packing service as well. The crew that showed up was amazing and right on time. Very polite and courteous. The detail and care they took in packing and moving our household items was great. They made a stressful situation go by quick and smooth.

10Verified ReviewWe moved things from a 2 bed flat in London, held in storage while we were travelling and relocated to Bristol. The team who packed our stuff were careful, but efficient. Storage was cheaper than using Big Yellow or similar. And, when things were delivered care was taken to put things in the right place, reassemble items correctly and to keep the property clean. In addition the office team were pleasant to deal with for payments and arranging things, including helping us consolidate with other items we had in storage before the move. Overall a very positive experience.
