• Chimney, lead, pointing, tile, repair.

  Arrived when they said they would, found fault, and completed the work    (LEAK AROUND CHIMNEY) Cleveleys bungalow. A small leak was found later, called back, and fixed, no charge. The price is spot on - not overpriced/rip-off like many others. I would recommend Jake Eiley roofing.

  Only just realised I didn’t leave a review for the excellent work carried out by Jake and his team in April 2020. They replaced all the felt, battens and tiles. The standard of work was spot on and the roof looks great now. Very reasonably priced. We had a couple of cheaper quotes that did not inspire confidence, but a couple of way more expensive ones too. Very happy with the work and they were a great bunch of guys too.

  Fantastic job and really good price. Re used old guttering where possible which kept the price down . Really nice fella too and his workmate . Really friendly both of them. Honestly if you want a decent honest hardworking roofer give him a call . I recommend 100%.

• Pitched roof leak diagnosis and resolution

  After finding a leak in the roof I called Jake this morning to see if he could come and quote. Within a couple of hours he had arrived, found the main issue and provided a reasonable quote including materials to resolve the problem. I would highly recommend Jake to fix any roofing issues, not only was he efficient and effective, but both lads were a pleasure to deal with. Thanks a lot!

• Leak through ceiling from roof

  Called me straight away this morning he said he would be with me within the next hour and was here within 20 minutes. I was panicking about price and cause but Jake and his team were brilliant put me at ease and checked what was wrong. He said it was a crack in the valley and a hole and broken tile and he was able to fix it for me for a very reasonable price. He did it within the hour and was very polite and clean and talked me through everything. When he was done he said he had found a few more issues which he fixed at no extra cost. Very happy and will be using him again.
