• Moss removal from bungalow roof

  James Fredrick Roofing did an excellent job in removing a large build up of moss from the roof tiles and ridge tiles and also rehanging the rear guttering to a better angle to improve the rainwater flow. His three roofers worked very hard to complete the job over one and a half days.

  James visited promptly after my initial contact about a leaking roof, taking photos to explain the issues, clearly setting out the work needed and then forwarding helpfully detailed costings. Repairs to the house roof and chimney were completed quickly and efficiently as was the removal of moss from the roof. Replacement of the garage flat roof was undertaken with considerable skill and has rectified all the problems.   James visited to give a quote the same day as I made the enquiry. He took photographs and explained that the lead tray behind the chimney had not been fitted correctly when the house was built 30 tears ago. He spotted a couple of gaps in between tiles and asked if we wanted the valleys cleaning as we get lots of moss on our roof. He was also asked to quote for repair to lead flashing above dining room. He gave a quote but suggested I thought about it before accepting the price. They fixed all the issues.
