10Verified ReviewJim did a great professional job. He went the extra mile and dealt with some damp areas and replaced parts of skirting boards. He also helped with some heavy lifting to return furniture to bedroom. Jim has a good sense of humor and a sunny personality which is nice to have around your house. I would ask him to do work for us again when the need arises.

10Verified ReviewJim did a great job repainting our kitchen - we are really pleased with the results. He went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure a perfect finish on our ceiling when the paint kept blistering because the plaster hadn’t been sealed properly 20 years previously when the extension was built. He stripped and repainted it several times before he was finally satisfied (at no extra charge). He is a pleasure to have working in the house and we will be using him again for our next redecorating job (note: remember to buy more ginger nuts! )

10Verified ReviewHaving been very pleased with Jim's work back in October, we have had him back this month to re-decorate our lounge, our dining room, and repaint our front inner door and surrounding windows. Everything looking nice and fresh for Christmas... and looking forward to seeing him again in February to do another bedroom and bathroom.

I have worked in Painting & Decorating for over 35 years, both in commercial and private sectors. I am fully qualified with a City & Guilds Craft certificate.
I take great pride in my work and with my experience I can advise clients on colour schemes, textures and finishes for internal decoration only.
I also have an excellent knowledge of interior design, having worked with accredited designers and builders. I have also worked within the film industry working on film sets within film studios.
My experience covers working in the commercial field, decorating restaurants, offices and shops.
The most important element of decorating for me is that my clients are happy with the finished result, you’re only as good as your last job. Please note: I DO NOT DO EXTERIOR Work.
