  • Needed help identifying if I had Japanese knotweed or not

    Called me within minutes of me posting my job, asked me to send pictures of the plants by text and patiently supported me whilst I went and got some more to help him identify the plants. He very quickly determined that they were cherry trees not knotweed and advised me to dig them up. Massively put my mind at ease. Thank you so much!

    I am on the verge of exchanging contracts on a new home but when I was advised to get a knotweed survey I started to feel a bit stressed that my move was potentially going to be scuppered. I found Simon via Google. He organised my survey within 24 hours and was accommodating so as to avoid any delays to my exchange. He rang me straight after the survey to give me the good news that it was all clear.
