    Jon(athan) promptly returned my first call within an hour. He visited to assess the job and provided a fully costed quote all within 7 days. Jon started the work in very good time and it was completed to our complete satisfaction (clean, tidy, unobtrusive cabling, installation of NVR indoors, installation and setup of PC and mobile apps to monitor what's going on outside). My only criticism would be the lack of Hikvision end user documentation provided; but that is not down to Jon. All in all a very nice man and very well executed job done. 100% recommended.

Less than a week later we now have an updated, simple to use, modern alarm system complete with an app for remote operation. Work was carried out to a very high standard and house was left extremely tidy. I would not hesitate to recommend.
