10Jim and Connor were excellent, polite, efficient and informative. Explained what needed to be done, showed the condition of the parts, what need replacing and the cost. Also went out of their way to contact boiler manufacturer and what needed to be done in the future.

10Verified ReviewJim kindly visited on his way home to look at the toilet. (Another firm had suggested completely replacing the toilet and plumbing!) He had a look and said that, as the toilet was not used a lot, he believed limescale had accumulated over time. He suggested an acid-based toilet cleaner, leaving it in for some time and hopefully this would remedy the situation. It did! I will certainly use this company again with any future plumbing problems. Highly recommended.
