  • Kitchen overhaul!

    Jimmy and team were fantastic from start to finish. We realised that our kitchen worktop was rotting and not far off giving way and they were able to fit us in quickly and get the work done within a day! They replaced our work surface, fitted a new sink and tap, boarded up bare brickwork under our window and enclosed our boiler as well as replace our hob and fit extra bits of work surface we didn’t know we needed but that have actually given us so much extra space in our kitchen. It looks like a new kitchen and the price was so reasonable too. Cannot recommend enough, 10/10!

  • Bathroom and kitchen work

    I had some new kitchen units, and counter tops along with my bathroom plasterbourded and tiled by jhl and what a plasenter experience what should usually be very stressful work was made so much less stressful by Jimmy and he’s team. Jimmy communicated and walked us through every step and completed to a brilliant standard very happy with the work and would definitely recommend such a breath of fresh air to know there are still builders you can trust and that are professional at what they do.

  • Convert garage into office, complete with new pitched roof.

    JHL did a fantastic job converting my semi-integral garage into a home office. Not only that but they removed the flat roof on the garage and built a new pitched roof onto the new office and adjoining porch. Jimmy and his team pulled out all the stops to complete the job to a tight deadline (one that Jimmy imposed on himself !), going above and beyond by completing some of the work between xmas and new year. Really pleased with the outcome, the finish was of a high standard and I wouldn't hesitate to use JHL again.
