Jixaw provided a competent, transparent, careful and friendly service throughout the course of the job.  Gerald provided a detailed estimate that allowed me to understand the work required, and from the outset he and the team were responsive and pro-active in answering questions and making adjustments as the job progressed.  Gerald also helped to get hold of materials and hardware when I needed them.  I am very happy with my kitchen and the significant improvements needed to the drainage on the site to allow the extension to be built.  I would recommend Gerald and his team for any job like this.

Kitchen extension

Gerry and his team were excellent.  Gerry is very good at communicating and informing you what’s going on.  They were here when they said they would be here and although deliveries were delayed because of COVID we were kept informed of what was going on.  They worked hard, always cleared up after themselves and were easy and friendly to deal with.  We were very pleased with the quality of the work that was done and asked for additional work all of which was done.  I would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience from start to finish, right from the quote when Gerry really took his time to understand what we wanted and offer suggestions and then the professionalism and hard work of Paul, Joe and the team throughout.  We are very happy with the finished bathroom and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jixaw to others.

Paul and Gerry's team have done an exceptional job on our project.  From day one helping plan the schedule of works, to the high level of finishes throughout the house.  It was a complex project in places but their versatility and broad range of services catered for everything we threw at them!  I'm almost sorry its finished as I have thoroughly enjoyed working with these guys.  I might find something else to build!   Thanks Guys

It was a pleasure to have the builders in the house.  Very courteous and willing to discuss snags.

Fix new flashing, redecoration.

Paul and his team are the absolute best.   Jixaw Building and Maintenance was recommended by another trader and can't thank them enough for the excellent work they did in my flat.   The list of works included:
- Plastering
- Brand new brick wall (installation of brick slips)
- New flooring
- New skirtings
- General repairs

Paul also assisted in repositioning sockets and ventilation for my new kitchen and was quite creative when problems arise.  Highly recommended.
