  This was always going to be an awkward job - remove the outside unit, wait for paving works over summer, then refit and service wherever itcould be located. JJD arrived on time and removed the unit as planned, discovering some remedial work that was necessary. Problems with overuns of our other work meant the refit had to be delayed and would now require a complete re-plumb with new pipes. JJD were very cooperative and fitted us in at an agreed date. The work wascarried out in the timeframepromised, and on price. We arevery happy withthe result and will be using JJD for future servicing.
