  Would thoroughly recommend John as work finished to a high standard and I was very happy with final result. He is very trustworthy and knowledgeable, with a hardworking and tidy team and gave a very detailed quote showing what was included and more importantly, what wasn't included. Being a very old house a couple of unexpected problems did occur, but John quickly came up with solutions. I intend to use John again on the next project I have planned.

• Demolition of 30'x8' boundary wall in difficult environs. Replaced with lower wall, fencing above.

  I knew the work required was not straightforward as the wall was severely cracked and very near the neighbour's conservatory, with other problems likely to be revealed due to the difference in ground levels. Mr Hobbs solved problems as discovered and kept me informed. He was considerate of the neighbouring property, leaving it with little disturbance. I'm very satisfied with the way he worked and the outcome.
