    We had resigned ourselves to having to do the work ourselves (inexpertly and slowly!), so John getting involved was a complete breath of fresh air. He was so lovely to deal with, really quick and responsive to come and look at the job. He gave very useful advice about the extent of the work which needed doing and what could be 'trimmed' to suit budget. He fitted the job in super-quick. Everything was prepped and tidy throughout and cleaned up beautifully. He gave video updates of the job via whatsapp (and some curry sauce recipes into the bargain!). I would have no hesitation in recommending.
