  We had a blocked drain on a commercial property. John was the second tradesperson to visit and look over the issue and, unlike the previous company, immediately discovered and rectified the issue. He arrived for a brief reconnaissance on the first day, identified what he thought might be the issue, then returned the subsequent day and fixed it as we all had hoped. He was polite, courteous, helpful and a great joy all round to work with - I'll definitely be keeping his contact details for the future!

  A full discussion between myself and John was carried out before his arrival. This meant there were no hidden costs, the investigation was carried out as we had discussed (using cameras) and John explained in full, with evidence from the camera, the root of the problem. John knows his job, I was very pleased that I chose him.

  FIRST CLASS SERVICE Professional, accommodating, fairly priced, and personable service. Can only say that if you have any drainage problems, etc. Don't look further. Worth Googling to see their credentials. Would definitely use again, and have no hesitation in recommending.

  I was recommended Jonny by an acquaintance. My criteria was that that they were not only good at the job, but reliable. Jonny definitely fits both of those requirements. He called back when he said he would, and came to fix the problem the day after I called. He also turned up on time, not something all trades people do. Although it was a minor issue in the end, Jonny resolved it quickly and with a friendly disposition. He was up front about the rates and they were very reasonable. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

  Ive had alot of contractors out about a problem on my drive and Jonny was the only one to ask too see water maps and actually lift up the man hole covers and look. He gave me some sound advice and was super helpful in getting me to the next step, although no work was done, comparing him to the other quotes and professionals he stood very high above them. Would highly recommend.
