    This work included removing and replacing kitchen fixtures and fittings, flooring and all necessary plumbing and electrical works. The removal of a wall and the insertion of a steel beam required inspections and certification by Building Control Partnership. All work was carried out in a professional manner and to a high standard. Moreover, every effort was made by all involved to cause as little disruption as possible. I am very pleased with result.

I have been working within property refurbishment for over 10 years and I have undertaken a variety of work.  

These works include:

  • plastering, 
  • kitchen and bathroom refurbishments, 
  • interior/exterior painting and decorating, 
  • fascia and guttering cleaning or replacement, 
  • fencing and sheds including fence panels/sheds made to customers specification.
