    I have been a regular custoner fir JRA for 8 years now and have never been disappointed with his work. I would not go to anyone else for replacement of bathrooms and kitchen, as his attention to detail and quality of finish is supberb. It is reassuring to know that he is qualified to level 2 in plumbing. He also sources other reluable tradespeople including electrician, glazers anf floor fitters.

    John completed and oversaw our bedroom renovation, including the addition of adding a new stud wall for an en-suite, plastering, painting, wardrobe fitting, all carpentry and flooring. John always worked to our budget and made great suggestions. We are extremely happy with the finish and his old school work ethic! Lovely to see someone take so much pride in his work. Thanks John

    Put simply - you will not find better. From the minute John visited to assess the job through to completion, every aspect of the work was carried out in superb fashion. John basically "project managed" our bathroom and toilet replacement from beginning to end, offering much valued advice along the way. Nothing was too much trouble for John. Additional ideas were implemented, as was the carrying out of work above and beyond the original job spec'. John's approach and workmanship, made the replacement of our bathroom and toilet (plus decoration) so very worthwhile. Definitely will use JRA again.

I started JRA Property Maintenance nearly four years ago and it is a local run family business.

The works I carry out range from a complete house or flat refurbishment to fitting a new bath tap.

A little about me. I have been carrying out this type of work for many years. My hobbies are fishing, speedway and walking my two dogs .
