    I don’t do reviews very often, but in this case I made an exception, these guys from initial quote to completion of work work very professional and I cannot fault the work carried out. Their quote was considerably lower than the water boards. They turned up on time did what ended up being a very long job and I cannot fault the quality of work and then going the extra mile. No hidden extras. Thank you very well done

    The very best service from start to finish. I had a leak under the driveway and after a call to JTS received excellent advice and help on insurance claim from James, rapid diagnosis and solution from Adam and the work carried out (new pipe moled) without any fuss. Big relief to have the mains water back again. Many thanks to JTS.

    A huge thank you to James and the team at JTS for saving our Christmas break by coming out to unblock a drain, and for being the only company we spoke to who were answering the phone and willing to come out. Not only that, they were so professional and honest in trying to save us money. So refreshing to speak to friendly local professionals who actually answer the phone. They were also very thorough by using their camera to ensure the blockage had gone and that there were no other issues causing the blockage. Great job. Have used them before for another job and will always recommend.

At JTS Civil Engineers Ltd we have been carrying out repairs and renewals of all types of water mains and services for over 20 years. 

As a family run business we pride ourselves on being open, honest and reliable.

Our core business is water supply repairs, renewals and leak detection which if possible is by a gas tracer method which requires no excavation. 

We also have a separate team who deal with private drainage works, septic tanks, soakaways and duct installations.

We have an in-house insurance specialist to help present claims, check policy liability and even give advice if a claim is turned down or rejected.
