10Verified ReviewWe had a Header Tank issue in the loft which was causing water to continuously pour out of the overflow pipe and down the outside wall. We made a call to KA Maintenance at 11.20pm and they were with us within 30 minutes to fix the issue. The Plumber came back the next day with a new part and everything was resolved as discussed. Would definitely recommend this company.

6.75Verified ReviewKhuram fitted the PCB board and did that well. Unfortunately after that it all went downhill.... He changed the pressure sensor without asking me, charged me an extra £60 for labor and £30 for the part, an hour's work he charged me £150, then he demanded payment immediately in my house. I asked him to send me an invoice and I will settle it within 14 days. He refused this and told me he thought I would not pay him and threatened to take the PCB board out and pressure sensor. Khuram should really stipulate his terms before carrying out a job.
