    We're really happy with KSM from the communication, work and their willingness to help get our job resolved in a short timescale. They contacted us wanting to understand the work and provided a competive quote. Arrived when they said they would and quickly got to work, installing our shower. They even gave us some helpful advice on some future plans we had been thinking about and we'll no doubt but asking them for a quote and options on our future planned work.

    Needed emergency plumber as pipe on bathroom sink just randomly burst, spewing out hot water and going through ceiling. So glad we were in when it happened as can't bear to think what the damage would have been had we not been!!! Keith came in just over an hour to isolate the sink. Finished job Monday. Very happy and happy with job price given it was a quick emergency. Thank you!
