  I actually think the plumber done a pretty good job seems everything was second hand or shop soiled, he done lots more than he ever should have and never received a bean for it….Probably lost about 3k …but didn’t moan about it ….Very harsh and I certainly won’t forget…sc

  Overall experience was very poor and stressful. Main issues: - not built to plans - no drop on flat roof - no cavity tray installed - left rubbish all over site throughout and left a skip load of bricks on our front lawn which we then had to pay to dispose of ourselves -mismatch of different coloured roof ridge tiles - poor workmanship - had to replace very door lining and not one single floor was level - incorrect install of shower, manufacturer had to rectify - did not box in internal soil pipe, electrics or plumbing - poor communication, aggressive actually threatened me
