  Delighted with the way this job was handled. Communication was excellent, and they worked hard to create the requested design for our bathroom. Work was completed on schedule, and they were happy to come back to follow up on a couple of minor snags and ensure we were 100% happy with everything.

• Wet room fit

  We received a fantastic top class service from Mal and his colleagues on our bathroom project. The whole team were approachable, helpful and went to great lengths to ensure the wet room transformation was a success. We approached Ken Beard and Son for a quote to remodel a bathroom for my dad whose Parkinson’s disease is progressing. We had no vision other than the remodel needed to be future proofed and we didn’t want the space to have a “hospital” feel. Mal gave a great deal of consideration to come up with a solution to meet Dad’s current and future needs.

• Complete Renovated Bathroom

  Mal and Sarah completely undertook the whole of the renovation of our bathroom with the utmost respect, care and professionalism. The whole room was stripped right out including the floor and the transformation began. They knew exactly what we wanted and we never had to worry about anything just left them to it. The workmanship is FIRST CLASS! The team were polite, courteous and always cleaning up constantly. Every inch of the room has been transformed. We would not hesitate to recommend them. We are now going to use them for a new kitchen knowing we will have a FIRST CLASS one. Thank you

• Bathroom Refit

  Ken Beard and Son have just completed an excellent refit of the bathroom and replacement of part of the kitchen ceiling for an elderly relative. From start to finish, Mal and Sarah undertook this project in a very professional way. The work was started and finished to the agreed schedule. Mal and his team stripped the room back to the bare walls and created a brand new bathroom. Mal and Sarah kept us informed on progress, including sending photographs. All the people whom Mal employed were courteous and and friendly. We would unhesitatingly recommend Ken Beard and Son.

• Bathroom refitting

  Mal carried out work for my disabled mother and was exemplary at every stage of the process. Despite being v. Busy with work he took time to fit her in for a shower enclosure/bathroom refit with shower seat/rails to enable her to wash safely. Prior to this she had had several falls trying to get into the bath. Mal took time to explain the work to my mother, what was being done and kept her reassured at every stage of the process. He took care to keep waste and mess to a minimum and made sure to tidy up at end of each working day. I would recommend them to anybody wanting quality work done

• Bathroom completely stripped out and replaced with level shower.

  Professional, efficient and so friendly. We actually missed them when work completed. We were consulted every step of the way. Unexpected defects were unearthed but smoothly rectified without fuss. Our bathroom was stripped back, plastered, floor and walls tiled, new suite repositioned and walk in shower fitted. New radiator and lights fitted, walls and ceiling painted. Distribution kept to a minimum and everything left clean and tidy. I would certainly recommend them and would not hesitate to give them work again in the future!
