    Paul arrived in a timely manor and explained what he was going to do to release the door. Paul had to order the type of lock required for my door so he secured the door with an overnight lock until he returned the next day to fit the correct lock and balance the door. The process was efficient and reasonably priced.

    The lock mechanism on the exterior door into the garage failed and we were no longer able to gain access. Paul had just finished another job in the area and was able to come straight away. He opened the door, disassembled the mechanism, replaced the failed lock unit and then adjusted the door so that it operated perfectly. It was a pleasure to watch a professional at work and we are so pleased with the outcome. Definitely recommend this company!
