  Lorant and his team have done a fantastic job with the refurbishment of our cottage from start to finish. Initial quotation provided was very detailed. The team were on site at 8 everyday (Mon-Sat), had a great work ethic (no tea/cigarette breaks), were courteous and professional, the quality of work was excellent and the project completed within the initial timing estimate. In addition to the building of the three extensions, the team also managed kitchen and utility fitting as well as additional work we identified along the way - again to a very high standard. Would highly recommend.

  Excellent, friendly, conscientious builders. Tidied up every day before they went home. Worked long hours including Saturdays. Had great ideas that we used. Happy to listen to what you want and advise if any probs. Attention to detail amazing, brickwork outstanding. All the plasterer, electrician, carpenter theyuse very good too. Work stuck to schedule. Always available if needed to contact them. We decided to have more work done while they were here, and it was no problem at all, it fitted into the time frame. Highly recommended.

  LB builders replaced our 80 year old roof and guttering and did a fantastic job. Lorant’s team work extremely hard and are there on time every day. Lorant is an extremely reliable individual and does what he says he will do. If any unexpected issues come along, there is always a work around with little fuss. This was the second time we have used LB builders following an extension build a couple of years ago. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
