    I arranged an appointment with LJ ANDERSON FACILITIES LTD after giving a reasonable quote they came a few days later and took asbestos testing sample and a few days later came with negative results and I paid over the agreed some of money. Throughout dealing with me they were Curtis, polite and knowledgeable and put me at ease with dealing with them. Yes would recommend them.

    Ref to LJA Facilities as I urgently needed some asbestos removing from my brothers garden prior to house sale completing, so really important. The property is in Lincs and I was in Norfolk so could not be present at the property and brother was away. They responded immediately to my call, gave an accurate quote and removed the asbestos all within 7 days of initial contact. Superb service from start to finish and absolutely trustworthy and very reasonable price for what I expected to be a very expensive job. Every interaction was absolutely spot on. Totally recommend these guys. Thank You!

    The difficulty and expense of arranging the collection and legitimate disposal of asbestos can be shocking but with the benefit of a third party recommendation, I contacted LJA Facilities (Louis Anderson) and he could not have been more helpful. Furthermore, the men on site were friendly, polite, efficient and tidy. All in all, a very satisfying experience at a reasonable cost! I highly recommend the company, should you have need of their services.

    I would very much like to thank Louis and his team for there help. After being let down from a very reputable company. Louis fitted me in at short notice and carried out a new survey, results were back very fast and all Asbestos removed promptly. I was kept informed at all times (Even at the weekend) and felt as if nothing was to much trouble. All documents were sent to me promptly as proof the asbestos had been disposed of correctly. I highly recommend LJA for there 5* service. Thanks Mrs Jones
