    The work was a list of random jobs that had accumulated in my elderly parent’s house. From first contact to completion of the work, the experience was excellent: communication timely and clear; quick quote; arrived on time; offered suggestions and advice; good attention to detail and accuracy; added small enhancements like putting sealant on the back of wall mounted planters to stop water collecting behind them; good people skills. I highly recommend Liam and wouldn’t hesitate to use him again, and for more involved projects.

    Liam was very quick to respond to my request for this work. Came round within a few days to assess the job and provide a quote. Easily agreed a date for the work to be conducted, and it was done first thing in the morning very quickly without any issues. Had no problem sourcing a suitable piece of cladding and the patch job looked much better than I expected. Took care taking the ladder through the house not to hit any of the walls or furniture. Was very friendly and informative the whole time.

    I had Liam come and remove a wall for us so we could extend our lounge area. Liam is hands down the cleanest builder we’ve ever had out! He would clean thoroughly at the end of each day and take us through what had been completed and what would be happening the next day. We felt very informed throughout and nothing was ever too much. We would highly recommend LP Property Services and wouldn’t use anyone else now.

    Would definitely recommend L&P. Liam and Al were very easy to deal with and the work was completed in line with what they quoted. Liam also gave us some great advice on how we could we could fix another DIY problem we had, ourselves. Other tradespeople would have warned us off trying so they could charge for the job themselves.
