Welcome to L Smith Electrical on Checkatrade. I'm a self employed Electrician based in Crawley, West Sussex.
I am registered with the NICEIC for domestic electrical work under Part P of the building regulations. I provide certificates for installation and/or minor work and as I am 'Part P' registered, also notify building control where required. All work is carried out in accordance with the latest 18th edition wiring regulations (BS7671 Amendment 2 2022).I carry out domestic electrical work including but not limited to:
- Fuse board / consumer unit replacements and upgrades
- Installation of electric cookers
- Outdoor / garden power and lighting
- Replacement switches and sockets
- Lighting additions and alterations
- Additional sockets / circuit alterations
- New circuits (electric showers / cookers / extensions etc)
- Full or partial rewires
At the moment I do not :
- Carry out Portable Appliance Testing (PAT)
- Carry out Landlord checks or EICRs
- Carry out appliance repairs
