    Due to a broken lock I wasn't able to gain access to my house. Carol and Joyce turned up within 20 mins and replaced the lock quickly. Both friendly and professional and Carol is extremely knowledgeable! Lifesavers!

    I have used Lady Locksmith a couple of times now, and the service is second-to-none. Carol and Joyce are punctual, personable, and incredibly skilled. It's rarely good news when you have to get a locksmith out, but they make it easy and stress-free - for an emergency call-out to central Brighton, they arrived within 20 minutes and had the door open in two minutes. I recommend them to everyone!

  • Replacing a defective Yale lock

    I had been worried about a defective lock to my flat as I had new tenants coming in. As I live a considerable distance away I needed the work done on a day when I could be at the flat. At first this was not possible but Lady Locksmith managed to fit me in on the day requested. In fact she came two hours earlier and did the job very speedily and efficiently so that I was able to get home before it went dark. I highly recommend her for helpfulness and workmanship.
