    We had a leak related to an overflow pipe which was unlikely to be a recurring problem. We had several roofers in to assess and quote, many seemed to want to do much more than simply sort out the leak. Mr Laidlaw could have done the same but instead gave us some refreshingly honest advice and this was to do nothing as the roof condition was satisfactory.
