    Found LMC Heat Care via the Vaillant website, we submitted the issue and David got back to us promptly to let us know he'd be in contact the following day. We had our call, explained the issue and David knew what the problem was, got the part ordered and was able to get it installed on the Monday (3 days after the boiler packed up, with a weekend in between), this was a very prompt turn around and the work was carried out quickly. David was polite, explained everything well and left the area clean. Highly recommend! Price was inline with what we expected as well!

    David was great! In all honesty I had a nightmare with a previous plumber and was nervous about some works that had to be managed. David has re stored my faith in professional tradesmen. Not only did he install a pump, to re route excess water exiting my roof, through the external soffit which was causing water to potentially impact the external wall, cause internal damp. David tightened a few taps for me and found a random leak behind the sink in the kitchen, as he wanted to check the craftsmanship throughout the house. He spent some time on this at no extra $ If you live local, look no more.
