    I contacted Karl at Local Garage Door Service to fix a 25-year-old garage door with faulty tension/lifting cables and where the lock needed to be replaced. Karl assured me that a repair was feasible and a replacement door would not be necessary. An accurate quote was provided, the job was completed as scheduled and he sent a video of the successful repair as I was not on-site. The experience was professional and stress-free. I would not hesitate to recommend Karl for his expertise and fantastic customer service!

He explained everything really well sorted all the measuring up and fitting whilst I was at work on the agreed dates.
