  • Faulty locking mechanism in front door

    I contacted Neil to explain the problem and agree a time for him to visit. He quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced a few components to repair the lock. He did a very tidy job and charged a very fair price. Would highly recommend.

    This is the second time I have called upon Neil's services to repair a faulty lock to the patio door. By process of elimination Neil resolved the issue and found the fault which required a new lockcase and barrel. He did an excellent job fitting the new parts to the patio door. He arrived within 30 mins of calling and resolved the issue quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend Neil and I will not hesitate to use again. Excellent service and very well priced.     My front door latch was not retracting all the way causing me to open the door with some force. Neil arrived promptly and explained the lock is broken and will need to be replaced. He opened up the lock and showed me the damaged part. The work was completed very quickly and efficiently. Neil was also kind enough to adjust the door as it needed some force to close and open, the door now functions smoothly. I would highly recommend Neil he was a true professional and provided a quality service.
