    We are very happy with the service provided by Loft Boarding Scotland. Barry was our installer and he did a brilliant job. He was very professional, kind and left our house super tidy. The loft looks amazing, and with the shelving idea proposed by him, we gain so much space for storage. I definitely recommend and would use Loft Boarding Scotland again.

Loft Boarding Scotland Ltd was set up in June 2017 to address the chronic shortage of storage in new homes. We fit flooring, ladders and lighting to your loft.


Many home builders advise against flooring your loft, based on the traditional method of placing boards directly on joists or building up the joists then boarding. This reduces airflow, causing damp, or squashes insulation making it far less efficient.


LoftZone is the only raised storage flooring product currently available which is approved by the BBA and so does not affect your new home warranty. Installations usually take only 1 day, or 2 days for the largest installations. 


Our courteous tradesmen are qualified, time-served and fully-insured professionals, who will leave your installation clean, tidy and guaranteed for 5 years.
