    I’ve never been able to get into the loft in the 25 plus years I have lived in this house. I had a telescopic ladder fitted with a new hatch and some boards. I have an extremely difficult loft due to the high ceilings in some of the rooms. Phil was pleasant, helpful and tidy and I’m really happy with the work he completed.

    There was originally a mix up with the date therefore couldn’t be done when I expected but managed to fit me in the next day. Turned up the time he said he would and work was carried out quickly and efficiently. Everything was left clean and tidy. Can’t fault and would definitely recommend.

    Phil did a thorough survey and talked me through the options and costs. He arrived in the morning and did the work quickly and very efficiently. He’d finished by just after lunch! He left the room spotless and did a superb job. I couldn’t be happier as my loft is now a very accessible, well insulated storage space. I thoroughly recommend Phil and Loft Force.

    I had a loft ladder that was awkward to use and unsuitable for the space available. Phil recommended a telescopic ladder instead, which takes up less room and is safer. He came a couple of weeks afterwards, and fitted this within an hour. His explanattion of the work, and emailed pictures/video of a similar job, were very helpful.
