    Our old hatch collapsed and we needed to replace, we looked at several different companies until we met Lofty Solutions. The estimator called and from the start of visit the atmosphere was totally different, he had a very manner, polite and knowledgeable, we were given a price for the work to be done which was very competitive. We agreed to the work being done and a few weeks later we had a brand new hatch and ladder, the quality was 100% better than the previous hatch & ladder, plus the life time guarantee gave us even more confidence in using Lofty Solutions.     Lofly solutions came to replace and repair some damage caused to the loft in my mum's property. They were kind, courteous and very helpful in what had been difficult circumstances for her. The work carried out was to a high standard and the workmen explained each stage clearly to her regarding the repairs. I have consequently booked them for my own property and work will be carried out in the next few weeks, I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

    We had half of our loft boarded for storage purposes,new hatch and ladders.It has made such a difference as before we where renting a storage unit which involved cost and travel. Lofty Solutions did a fantastic job and were very tidy and polite,I would recommend them to anyone and have done.

    Throughout the process of assessing our property prior to the work being carried out, to the work being completed, everyone involved in this process were courteous, professional and knowledgeable . Once our new loft hatch, ladder, part boarding of the loft space and the installation of an electric light was completed , the workmen cleared away all of there waste. I was so impressed, I have recommended the company to friends and family.
