Lukasz and team were responsible for completely re-doing the downstairs of our new house in SW London.  We had the whole downstairs stripped, flooring replaced, walls knocked down, plumbing moved, walls built, new bathroom installed, kitchen fitted, bifolds installed, all rooms painted and decorated and the garden re-designed, including a new patio.    As details changed we were updated, consulted and cost details communicated clearly.    Throughout the process Lukasz and team were well organised, conscientious and delivered an excellent end product which fitted our plans completely.

House refurbishment

I can only say good things about this building company.  They went beyond the call of duty and exceeded my expections!  They communicated with me along the way and any changes I requested were done without hesitation or much additional cost.  This is not the first time I have used them.  I used them before to build a 2 storey extension at my previous residence which went flawlessly.  I am extremely happy with the result of their work - and happy to allow anyone who wishes to use these builders to call me for further details of the wonderful work they have done.

Loft extension and complete refurbishment of house

This was the 2nd time we have used LS London Contractors to do work for us and again we are very pleased with the results.  They were helpful in discussing and modifying the design, they liaised successfully with the local authority Building Control and were very flexible in working around the delivery elements (glazing and flooring) which were not under their control.  We always found Luckasz and his team very approachable and pro-active should we have any queries or require any last minute (minor) changes.  In summary we would have no hesitation in recommending them for further work.

Ground floor extension.

Lukasz and his team were absolutely exceptional in every way.  Lukasz is a perfectionist and everything they touched was done to the highest quality.  The loft conversion was done so skilfully that it looks like a continuation of the original property rather than an add on.  Not only is their technical knowledge excellent, but Lukasz also had a great understanding and eye for the aesthetics of my project.  Nothing was ever a problem and the perfect solution was always found.  I was working to a tight budget and Lukasz always sought to find the most economic alternative.  They are just amazing!

Re-wired, re-plumbed, re-plastered, fitted new kitchen and bathrooms, loft extension, new roof, refurbished original sash windows, back and front garden.

The back of my house had not been repointed for over 40 years so needed a lot of care and attention when removing the old pointing.  The guys spent about half a day protecting the garden and wrapping the scaffolding in sheeting to try and capture as much mess as possible.  The guys did a fantastic job.  It looks like a new house!  Can not recommend Lukasz and his team enough.  They are definitely the most reliable, professional, polite and trustworthy builders I have ever met.

Repointing back of house.

We found them to be reliable, efficient and always courteous.  When extra works became apparent during the build they were always happy to take it on board at a realistic cost.  Also if there were any queries (e,g.  Tile layout, flooring layout) we were always consulted before they went ahead.  In short we would have no hesitation in recommending them to others and we will be using them again ourselves for further works we have planned in the new year.
