• Resolve issue with damp proofing in the lounge

  I'm a landlord living away from my property in Borough Green Kent. I would highly recommend Lewis, he is very customer focused and you'll feel involved in how best to resolve the damage caused by damp. My tenants were very complimentary on his workmanship, he arrived on time, all the rubbish was removed, before and after photos were sent to me... Most importantly, he didn't charge for the site survey and I didn't feel pressured in making an immediate decision.

• Damp in the lounge

  I had an issue with damp walls in my lounge and placed a request on Checkatrader, Lewis contacted me to arrange a suitable time for a site visit, this is a rental property, therefore, I had to rely on the Tennants for feedback, Lewis used a damp meter to show where the damp areas were in the property and explained to them how to resolve the issues. They felt he was polite and that they could trust him. At the end of the project, I sent photos of before and after the job was completed. I didn't feel pressurised to make a decision and he didn't charge for the survey. Amazing!

Workmanship and knowledge to a high professional standard and you would even know they were here after leaving my house clean and tidy. Could recommend them enough

• Damp proofing

  We contacted Lewis due to a damp patch in the corner of a bedroom. Lewis as swift to arrange an initial visit to assess the issue and came back quickly with a quote which was very reasonable based on the work to be carried out. Lewis was reliable, on time, completed the work to an excellent standard and left the area neat and tidy afterwards. We will definitely be calling on him again for any work needed in the future.   Lewis and his team are brilliant. We’ve previously engaged them to do our bathroom refit and had such a great experience we asked them to do our living room media unit build and wall painting as well as fitting new lights for us. Punctual, polite, friendly, reliable and brilliant communication throughout. Can’t recommend Lewis and his team enough. Already planning my next project for them!

• Plastering of two Bedrooms
