  The job was extensive and required scaffolding and organising several tradesman to be on site at specific times. It all ran smoothly as the project was very well managed and Luan is highly experienced. The work was of an excellent standard so would recommend Luan to anyone who needs any building works done.

  Luan and his team replaced badly spalled bricks, colour matched to the red originals, repaired and painted damaged concrete cills and renewed all of the gutters and downpipes at the front of the house. The work was carried out to a high standard and I was especially pleased with the brickwork replacements, which look fabulous, and the gutters. His painter also did an excellent job on the fascias and rendering. Luan sticks to his quote and goes above and beyond. Highly recommended.

  Luan and his team saved us. We had been previously scammed by unprofessional "cowboy" builders and were extremely cautious. Luan finished the work and the result was great. He was patient and responsible and the team he worked with was very professional, too. Luan does not cut corners, he went out of his way and solved the big mess left by the previous builders. It is rare to find an honest and capable builder and I would highly recommend him.

  Luan visited the site twice before commencing the work, answered all our questions. He gave us good advice, and helped find materials. Work was carried out as planned and on time. No delays, no surprises with the budget. They were careful to contain dust and cleaned afterwards. Highly recommended. We will definitely go back.
