Hi arranged all start to finish, he has really good architect/stuctural engineer who prepared all drawing and calculations, apply to building control in my name with makes my live much easier. Lukasz organise everything including steal, all building materials, rubbish disposal. Definitely will use this company again

He gave us a realistic cost of works, deadline and proposed quality of finish “which I may add was a good one.” He demonstrated competence in building regulations and understood how to read construction drawings. Lukas always answered our calls and messages even when it was unsociable. He understood urgency at times and demonstrated he was a team player. The programmed works completed on time and he had a great team working with him. I would definitely use Lukas’s services again and recommend him for your project
