  Good contact from Dan regarding when the work would start and even though the weather was against them, the job was completed in the timescales stated.

  Dan kept us up to speed with each phase of the project and was able to prioritise the job when it became obvious that, in order to keep the property secure, work would need to be carried out quickly. When there were unforeseen complications, Dan worked with us to keep things on schedule and any additional costs as low as possible. We'd definitely ask him and the company to work on any additional projects we may have.

  I couldn’t say Lux were anything less than perfect. Dan ran the job for us and everything went so smoothly which is uncommon with most builders I’ve used ,on time everyday , work ethic second to none , no mess left behind he even jet washed the full job at the end and the finished product was unbelievable . Will definitely be using Lux again. Couldn’t recommend lux enough

  After 4 other companies failed to attend to carry out the work Dan and his colleague arrived early to start the work. The work was done to a great standed and also Dan overcome the problem of doing the steps and the results were outstanding. Would go as far to say Dan did a amazing job from start to finish giving that the resin went down first but matched everything in great ??. Would have no problem it putting Dan and his company forward to carry out any work in the future ??. Gives 100 per cent and takes pride in his work and takes the extra time to get it right first time everytime.

  Dan and his crew carried out the work to a very good standard, better than a previous job done by a different firm identified by Checkatrade. All three of the team were friendly and helpful especially where minor changes were identified and required. I would certainly recommend Lux Building Services without any hesitation; the only tip being to ensure that you have a good supply of sugar in your kitchen cupboard!!
