Richard and his team were incredibly professional and communicative throughout, kept to budget and schedule, and offered great advice and recommendations to accommodate any changes that were needed to the plan.   Richard and his team undertook work to convert our garage to a downstairs bedroom with an en suite/utility room. All work was carried out to a high standard and we are very pleased with the result. The whole team were very professional, pleasant and courteous throughout and communicated well with us, keeping us informed and making helpful suggestions in terms of design etc. We would have no hesitation in using Lux contracts again for any future work and would recommend them.

  Richard was a pleasure to deal with throughout the project and the only real reason why it's not a higher score throughout is that on this occasion he was let down a bit by a painting team who had to return to tidy the job more than one might ordinarily expect. My understanding is that he is now working with a more specific paint team to his satisfaction. Do I love my new living room - YES. Would I work with LUX again - YES.
